You Can Heal Your Life- Louise Hay

I love this book! You Can Heal Your Life is basically a guide to how thoughts create things. Law Of Attraction. How every thought we have shapes our future. How our negative thought patterns affect our health and how we can reverse ill health and misfortune by changing the way we think.
The first time I read it I was unsure if I truly believed it was all true. It took me some time to learn that my doubts were just my resistance to change and let's face it, who wants to be told that when things are going wrong-it is because that is what we are creating for ourselves?! lol
But, as I grow spiritually, emotionally and mentally I now see things with more clarity and insight and I LOVE this book!!

I'm Ok, You're Ok- Thomas A.Harris

This book is perfect for understanding yourself and everyone around you. Transactional analysis helps us to understand that the way humans all have three ego states, The parent, The adult and the child and how we use each ego state when in the company of somebody elses current ego state.
Very beneficial if you want to learn how to live in harmony with others and to understand why people behave the way they do and how others can bring out the best or worst in your personality.

Staying Ok- Amy & Thomas Harris

Following on from I'm Ok, You're Ok, Staying Ok is full of more hints and tips on how to live a more positive, peaceful life. How to resolve conflicts and live your life to the fullest.

Games People Play- Eric Berne

Games People Play is an insightful guide to transactional analysis and the three ego states, parent, adult and child. It was in fact the late Eric Berne who developed transactional analysis.
The book explains how everybody plays 'games'. It is how we manage to live with one another. But some of the games we play or get pulled into are more negative than others.

TA Today- Ian Stewart & Vann Joines

I love this book because it explains transactional analysis in an easy to understand way and teaches you a lot about yourself. One of the best TA books I have read I'd say.

The Celestine Prophecy- James Redfield

Hard to explain this one really. I can honestly say that I love it though. Took me a little while to get into it at first but once I had, I was engrossed.
Here is what is written on the back of the book.....

"The Celestine Prophecy contains secrets that are currently changing our world. Drawing on the ancient wisdom found in a Peruvian manuscript, it tells you how to make connections between the events happening in your own life right now ... and lets you see what is going to happen to you in the years to come."

I enjoyed the book so much that I have recently purchased more books from the series but have not yet had a chance to read them. I will give my opinion on each one when I eventually get time to read them.........

The Secret Of Shambhala,  The Tenth Insight, The Twelfth Insight, The Celestine Vision (All written by James Redfield).
