Green Tea Information 

Green tea is one of the healthiest drinks on the planet!!

It is packed full of antioxidants and nutrients.

Just 2-3 cups per day can improve your health tenfold.

It can lower the risk of cancer, improve brain function, it can even help some people to loose weight! 

It has been shown to reduce the risk of Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease.
  There is evidence to suggest that it can also prevent things like the flu and other viruses as well as improve oral health.
Reports show that it can also prevent type II diabetes and heart disease!

So, what is there not to love?
Well, some people don't really like the flavour but don't let that put you off!
You can use honey to sweeten the tea and there are so many different flavours available these days, for example- green tea and pineapple, green tea and jasmine, green tea and grapefruit etc etc.
And if you still can't find a way to enjoy it, you can simply make a tiny amount and drink it like a shot.
Put the teabag in the cup, use only a quarter of a cup of boiling water, let the teabag steep for 3-5 minutes, squeeze it and and let the tea cool. When it is cool enough, drink it in one go. 
That way, you hardly get to taste it but still get the benefits :-)
